Jody has been an attorney for 27 years and now provides services in the areas of Collaborative Divorce, Mediation, and Litigation. Jody served in the highly coveted staff attorney position for the Chief Judge of Cook County for more than 15 years. As such, she uses her in depth understanding of the judges and the court system, along with her marketing training at the University of Chicago, to craft comprehensive and compelling narratives for her clients. She is a powerful and effective advocate, both in and out of court, as well as in her Mediation and Collaborative Practices. Jody is certified in Mediation and Collaborative Divorce through Northwestern University and Collaborative Divorce Illinois respectively. She has had extensive training in Collaborative Divorce and is also a member of The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Vicky was an account executive with one of Miami’s largest ad agencies, working on accounts like NCL, Paramount and Columbia pictures, Sandals resorts and many more. She later became a partner in a broadcasting company with radio stations in 7 large metro’s and a concert promotion company. Vicky has extensive experience with sales and marketing strategies.

Joe Flint is an Illinois licensed clinical professional counselor who loves to help individuals, couples, and group members understand their feelings, identify and execute strategies to feel better, and accept when change is beyond their reach. Eclectic in his approach, he looks at the impact cognitive distortions, dysfunctional family systems, and lingering grief contribute to his clients’ current presentation. Joe’s training and clinical experiences include work with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues and life transitions, as well as clients struggling with complicated and/or prolonged grief, sexual orientation and gender identity issues, and adoption-related issues.
